Baggage
Content of the luggage:
Carry-on luggage:
Please, check your carry-on luggage before check-in! Your carry-on luggage can not contain sharp objects: manicure set, glass, cigarette lighter, corkscrew, mercury thermometer! Please, put all these items into the standard luggage.
Standard luggage:
Standard luggage must not contain chemical substances, flammable liquids, explosives! One person can take only one carry-on luggage and one or two pieces of luggage on board. Maximum weight of the standard luggage can be 20 kg/person. Therefore heavy luggage is not so practical, because it could be damaged easily during handling. If a piece of luggage is heavier than 20 kg, the airline can charge the passenger extra for the plus kilos. You must settle the extra charge before take-off. Size and weight of the carry-on luggage can be at least 55×40×20 cm and 10 kg. We advise you to put a vignette with name, address, phone number on the inside of the standard luggage and places where it is more noticeable, for example: at the top or on the side-pocket of the baggage. Adult with infant arriving with baby carriage can use the baby carriage as far as the ramp if it is necessary.
Baggage damaged:
If the baggage damaged, you can put in a claim for damages by the airline according to conditions of transport. For this claim you must send the following data and documents to the carrier: In case of damaged luggage: 1. Original issue of the damage report 2. Original issue of the air ticket and baggage tag 3. Invoice about the repairs 4. If repair is not possible, a written statement issued by a business organization that the item is irreparable 5. If it is possible the original invoice of the piece of luggage 6. Particulars of your bank (name, address, account number, your branch of the bank, SWIFT code, IBAN code) Please, apply to the baggage handling department of the airline with the above mentioned data and documents. Lost luggage
In case of loss, it is looked for for 90 days. If it is not found during this time, you are advised to turn to the airline. The following documents are needed: 1. Original issue of the lost luggage report 2. Original issue of air ticket and baggage tag 3. Detailed content of the lost luggage 4. Particulars of your bank (name, address, your bank account number, your branch of the bank, SWIFT code, IBAN code) Luggage complaints: Only before leaving the transit lounge, will complaints be accepted which are to be lodged to the ground personnel who inform you about the necessary steps.
